Wash the peaches and dry them. We make a cut to remove the "lid". Carefully remove the pits and empty them. Reserve the flesh in a tupper.

Once ready, empty the yogurts into a bowl and fill the peaches.

Chop into small pieces some of the peach flesh and put them on the yogurt. Do the same with the pomegranate.

Decorate with the chopped pistachios and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
