Baked salmon with bimi and potatoes

Crush the garlic with a mortar and pestle and mix it with a little salt and rosemary.

Wash the bimi, peel and cut the potatoes into very small pieces (to be cooked at the same time as the bimi) and mix with the mashed potatoes.

Put the mixture on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, sear the salmon in the pan with a little coarse salt.

When the 20 minutes are up, add the salmon, bimi and potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
