Add the milk or vegetable drink and the EVOO to the previous mixture.

In another bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a loaf pan with a little oil.

Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

7. Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing, enjoy!
