Spicy chicken with onions

Cut the chicken into strips or chunks and place in a container that can go in the oven. Add all the spices. Let stand for 30 min-1 hour in the refrigerator.

Finely chop the onion and add to the chicken when it has rested.

Pre-heat the oven to 200. Cover the tray with the chicken well to make sure that the steam from the water and the onion stays inside, so the chicken will not be dry and the spices will also mix better. When it is hot, put the chicken in and lower the temperature to 180.

Normally it takes me about 1h-1'5h, it is a matter of checking, put the lid back on and continue baking until it is ready.

It is not quick to cook but the truth is that it does not give almost no work since most of it is baked. Simple, tasty and easy to combine with an accompaniment of vegetables, salad, rice...
