1 large zucchini 1 egg L 50 grams of Parmesan cheese 120 grams of breadcrumbs (in my case, chickpeas left over from a stew) Spices to taste Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut off the ends and grate it. Let it drain for a long time so that it loses all the water.

The original recipe is with breadcrumbs, but I had leftover cooked chickpeas from a stew and I added the mashed chickpeas and it turned out great. I put until I saw that it took consistency to make the shape of hamburgers.

We take portions of dough, shape them and put them in a frying pan previously heated with a drizzle of virgin olive oil.
