Start by washing the potatoes well, then cut them into wedges without peeling them. Once this is done, we boil them for about 8-10 minutes to soften them a little.

While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the following ingredients in a bowl: EVOO, Provencal herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, sweet paprika. Preheat the oven to 200°.

After 10 minutes, remove the potatoes from the water with a strainer and let them dry a little. Then we put them in the bowl with all the ingredients. When everything is well mixed, we put them in the oven.

While the potatoes are cooking, we will prepare the deluxe sauce. To do this we only have to mix the following ingredients: natural yogurt, AOVE, a splash of lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

Once the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes, and eat!
