WITHOUT A FOOD PROCESSOR Heat the water in a large bowl or in glasses and then transfer it to a large bowl (a couple of minutes in the microwave will be enough). Meanwhile add in another bowl the flour, salt and yeast and mix well. Add the flour mixture to the bowl of water and mix very well being careful not to burn ourselves and pass it to the churrera, if we do not have it we can use a pastry bag or pastry gun.

WITH A FOOD PROCESSOR Add the water to the jug and program 100°C temperature. Meanwhile add in another bowl the flour, salt and yeast and mix well. When it reaches the temperature, add the bowl of flour and program speed 2 for 25 seconds. We pass to the churrera carefully

Preheat the oven to 200°, if we decide to do it in the oven (these are in the oven).

Now we have 2 options to make them: 〽️FRITOS Fry them in a frying pan with EVOO 〽️AL OVEN Put baking paper on the baking tray and brush it with EVOO. Shape the churros and place them on the tray. Leave a finger of separation between each one and brush them on top with olive oil.

We put them in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes and they are ready.
