Soak the oats in water for at least 20 minutes (the best is to soak them overnight, but it depends on how much time you have).

Drain the oats well and wash them with water.

Put the drained oats in the thermomix (or other blender) together with the 4 cups of water, the vanilla and the cinnamon. Blend well for about one minute.

Strain the oatmeal through a sieve about 5/6 times until the milk is smooth. The leftover oatmeal can be saved to make pancakes!

Finally, put the milk in a bottle and that's it! To the fridge!
