Put the whole wheat pancake in a large frying pan (so that it fits flat on the pan) and turn the heat on low.

Over low heat, we mount the pizza on the pan so that it is gradually cooked and the cheese melts: - first we put the tomato base (I love the one I have given you but sometimes I do it with homemade tomato too) and sprinkle oregano on top. - Then we put the cheese and cooked ham in small pieces with basil on top. - finally, while our pizza is being cooked I cook in a separate pan a grilled quail egg and when it is done, I take the pizza out of the pan and put it on top 😍.

The taste is amazing, of authentic pizza and it has much less kcal!!!! 🍕 Not to mention that we have the pizza ready in about 10 minutes 😜😍.
