We put a pot of water to boil and make the fideuá noodles. Once done, strain and reserve in a bowl. You can use the pasta that you like the most, the macaroni of all life are also valid 😃.

For the sauce: Boil a medium potato and a large carrot. When both are soft, strain them.

Put the potato and carrot in a blender and add 3/4 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 4 tablespoons of grana padano cheese (or any strong and healthy cheese you like) and salt to taste. We beat everything and we would already have the sauce.

Add the sauce to the fideua noodles and that's it. If you are as fond of cheese as I am you can add another spoonful of grana padano in the dish and a little more salt. And eat 😋
