INGREDIENTS:  2 large potatoes  150 grs, of codfish, crumbled crumbled  1 egg  Garlic, parsley and salt PREPARATION Peel the potatoes and chop and cook together with the cod for about 15 minutes in a saucepan with water to cover or in the microwave. Then mash the potatoes with a fork while hot to make a puree, add the crumbled cod, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and a little salt, and an egg. Mix all the ingredients until a dough is formed. Make small balls with two spoons and put them in a frying pan with hot oil and let them fry. Suggestion: They can be served with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
