Place the sea bream fillets on a tray with parchment paper and season to taste with salt and pepper. It can be made with filleted mackerel instead of sea bream.

Chop the garlic cloves and brown them with the oil. Turn off the heat and add the vinegar (be careful that it jumps) and the sweet paprika. Stir quickly (because of the paprika). 📌 It can be made with wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar but they are weaker than sherry vinegar, which gives a lot of flavor to the mixture.
