Nachos with guacamole

Cut the pancakes into triangles to make the nachos and place them on a baking tray.

Mix olive oil with various spices and spread it on the nachos. I used: sweet paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.

Bake for about 10 minutes, until crispy.

We make the guacamole by mixing and mashing the avocado with the tomato and onion previously cut very finely and add a squeeze of lime.
