In a frying pan add the oil and the bell pepper, when it is golden brown, set it aside.

In the same pan add the onion. When it is transparent add the tomato and let it reduce.

Add the chopped squid and when cooked add the wine over high heat to evaporate.

When the wine has reduced, add the crab legs and the previously cooked clams (with plenty of water in a separate saucepan).

Add the rice and the paprika and fry well without burning it (so the rice will not overcook).

Finally add the broth with the saffron and the red bell pepper. Cook to taste, if we want it mellow we must not stop stirring!!!
