For the arepas, put the flour in a bowl and add the lukewarm water, a pinch of salt, the butter and form a homogeneous dough, we can start with the help of a spoon and then with the hands. Add the mozzarella and the feta cheese and mix again (if the dough is too hard we can rectify it by adding a little more water) let the dough rest for 5 minutes. To make the arepas we will begin by making a ball and crushing them with the palm of the hand no more than 1 cm thick so that they are well done. In a frying pan wet with oil with a little paper, we iron the arepas about 4 minutes on each side to make a little crust and they will be ready.

For the eggs we cut the tomato and the onion in squares, and we put them in a pan with a little oil and sauté, put a pinch of salt and the 4 eggs and we make a scrambled eggs. With the fire off, chop some coriander and add it to the eggs.
