Mediterranean peppers with egg and feta

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees up and down. In the meantime, cut the peppers in half, empty them and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper.

With a brush, brush the peppers with olive oil and put them in the oven for 15 minutes to soften and remove water. Meanwhile, cut the rest of the vegetables and sauté them in a frying pan with a teaspoon of olive oil and adding the spices you like the most.
