In a bowl or bowl put half a banana in pieces, an egg, 4 tablespoons of oat flour and 4 tablespoons of milk or vegetable drink that you like. We grind it well with a blender until the dough is homogeneous.

While we let the dough rest for a couple of minutes, we prepare a non-stick pan or with a little AOVE spray so that it does not stick and turn on medium/low heat. On the other hand, we cut into slices half a banana that we had left over and the fruit that we want to put, in my case grapes. It can also be an ounce of 90% chocolate, hazelnut cream, etc.

When the frying pan is hot, put some batter and make the pancakes. On the plate we decorate as we like and that's it!
