Sea bass in pilpil sauce with vegetables

Preparación de la receta

Cut the potatoes and cauliflower into pieces to taste (the smaller they are, the faster they cook).

Steam them (I usually use a bamboo basket used to cook Dim sum) for 20 minutes.

Cut the tomato into pieces and set aside.

When the vegetables have 5 minutes left to cook, put the sliced garlic in a frying pan over medium heat.

When the garlic is golden brown, add the paprika and fry it carefully so as not to burn it.

In another frying pan with oil we put the sea bass, first on the skin side we fry it for 4 minutes and turn it over and keep it for 3 minutes on the other side (if you do not want to fry it, it could also be cooked for 15-20 minutes).

Mix the cooked cauliflower and tomato with the garlic and paprika sauce.

Serve the sea bass, potatoes and cauliflower with the tomato. The remaining oil from the garlic and paprika is put on top of the sea bass and we finish with a little salt and olive oil.
