Soak the texturized soybeans in water for 20 minutes to soften them.

Cut the carrot, the bell pepper, the onion and the garlic in very small pieces. We poach everything in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.

When the vegetables are soft, add the crushed tomato and water.

Add all the spices, the drained beans and the drained textured soybeans. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time. It is better to let it rest for a few minutes before serving, or even prepare it a few hours before.
