Cut the onion into julienne strips and spread on a baking tray with oil and a little salt. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Cut the potato into very thin slices, spread on the tray, add salt and oil and bake for another 15 min.

Cut the fish into fillets, season with salt and pepper and add to the tray. Mix white wine with the same amount of water and bathe it all. Add sliced golden garlic and bake for 15 minutes.
