For the oatmeal: chop 1/3 of the apple and mix it in a jar with the oatmeal, milk, chia and a little cinnamon. Leave the mixture in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours.

For the apple: chop the rest of the apple and make a paste with the dates (or use about 20g of date paste). Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil (olive or coconut). Add the apple, date paste, cinnamon and a splash of water. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes, until the water evaporates and the apple is soft.

To serve, remove the oatmeal from the refrigerator and add the cooked apple.
