Cut the onion into small pieces. Sauté it with a pinch of salt.

Peel the 2 carrots and, once the onion is transparent, add it and sauté it a little more. Cut 3-4 peppers and add them.

Wash the peas. I used two large jars. Add them to the casserole.

Add boiling water to cover or a little more (depending on whether you want it more or less watery). Add salt, garlic powder and sweet paprika. Leave on medium heat for 20 minutes or so (keep an eye on it).

Add 5 tablespoons of fried tomato. I used homemade but any tomato will do.

Let it rest a little bit and enjoy!!!! I served it with grilled tofu and it was delicious.
