Chickpea cookies - cookies with chocolate

Grind all the ingredients (oats, dates, peanut butter, egg, chickpeas and yeast) except the chocolate. If we see that the dates are a little hard, soak them in hot water beforehand to soften them and thus grind them better.

Once everything is crushed, add the chopped chocolate and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees

Form the cookies: make small balls and flatten them on a baking tray (we can use a spoon as the dough is a bit sticky).

Bake for 20 minutes at 170.
