First we grind the hazelnuts with the food processor until they become powder or even cream if your blender is very powerful.

Now remove half of the crushed hazelnuts and set aside, as we will use half of them to make the Kinder cream and then the Nutella.

For the Kinder cream: add 200g of vegetable drink/milk and 100g of powdered milk. Blend everything well until you get the consistency you want. If you see that you need more milk, add a little bit at a time until you get the desired consistency. At this point it is optional to add a medjoul date (which would be about 2-3 normal with previous soaking) although I did not add it because it seemed sweet to me as it was :).

Remove the mixture from the mixing bowl, put it in a bowl and put it in the fridge. Now is the step for the Nutella: add the rest of the ingredients in the blender cup (200g of hazelnuts, 80g of pure cocoa, 2-3 medjoul dates and 300g of vegetable drink/milk). Blend everything well and as before, if we see that it needs a little more milk we add it, if we want more sweetness we add some more dates. As always it is a matter of taste ☺.

Finally we transfer the Nutella to another container, refrigerate and ready to eat! 😍

In the photo you can see a glass jar with the two mixtures. In my case I made a lot because I wanted to give a gift to some friends and I was excited to make them jars that looked like Nocilla Dúo 🤗. I got 4 medium jars almost up to the top :). To make them like this what I have done is to fill half of the jar first with Nutella and then with Kinder, tilting the jar so that the mixtures are distributed vertically.
