Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add them to the frying pan (I recommend adding the red bell pepper first because it takes longer than the onion).

When the vegetables are almost ready, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and then the tub of brown rice and quinoa.

Mix all the ingredients in the frying pan for a few minutes.
