Eggs stuffed with hummus

First we cook the eggs, in my case two, for 15 minutes.

In the meantime we start with the stuffing. We take two piquillo peppers and cut them into small pieces and the same with the olives (about 5 or 6 I will have used to fill the 4 halves) and add two tablespoons of hummus and mix well.

When the eggs are cooked, peel and cut them in half, add two of the yolks to the mixture with the hummus and set the other two aside.

Fill the eggs with the mixture of hummus, peppers, olives and yolks and decorate with more chopped yolks on top, then put them in the fridge to cool well and eat them, they are delicious 😋 😋.
