First we create the dough by mixing the flour with a little salt and a spoonful of oil. Then we mix the water with the yeast, waiting for it to activate for a few minutes and add it to the dough. Knead well and let it rest for an hour in a warm place.

We take the cream cheese and beat it with a little water. Then add the pepper.

Cut the onion into strips and grill it with a little oil.

When the dough has rested, cut strips of goat cheese and place them around the edge of the dough and roll them up.

Then add the cheese base along with all the ingredients, leaving the mozzarella at the end. Before putting the pizza in the oven sprinkle a little flour to get that rustic look on the edge and cook.
