Chop the garlic and brown it in a frying pan with the oil.

Add the artichokes without breaking them apart together with the ham and sauté until golden brown.

In a bowl or glass, place the egg in cling film (which is not tight), add salt and pepper and make a knotted bag.

Add the two bags to a saucepan of boiling water, I left them for 3-4 minutes.

Carefully remove the film and place the egg on top of the artichokes.
