1 liter of water and 200 grams of oatmeal to stand for 30 min.

Strain the oatmeal and discard the water. Put back in 1 liter of clean water along with the strained oats, cinnamon, 3 dates and a pinch of salt to enhance flavor. Whisk for 2 minutes 🌀

Let stand 1hour

Strain it through a cloth (I strained it again to obtain a finer texture).

And enjoy what you like most😋

NOTE: The resulting oatmeal can be reused to make cookies, to add more fiber to smoothies, to add to yogurt and fruit....
