Clarification of the ingredients: cinnamon sticks and powdered cinnamon, egg yolks and lemon just 2 pieces of peel.

Put in a saucepan the milk, the cinnamon stick, the 2 pieces of lemon peel and the 2 sliced bananas (better if they are ripe). Let it cook for 20 minutes at medium heat (6/9).

After 20 minutes, beat the banana with the 3 egg yolks in a bowl. Once integrated, add the milk.

Put the mixture back in the saucepan for about 2 minutes until it thickens and add the agar-agar. Stir until everything is integrated.

Put the mixture in small containers. Add a little cinnamon powder on top and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
