Preparación de la receta

In a bowl put the flour, add half an envelope of yeast, the 100ml of warm water (not cold) and the teaspoon of salt. And knead with your hands until you have a homogeneous dough.

We make a ball with the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes in the bowl covered with a cloth.

We put baking paper and sprinkle a little flour so that the dough does not stick. We start kneading and shaping. We leave it as thin as possible so that it is not doughy.

Once the dough is stretched, we dip a small amount of fried tomato and add the desired ingredients. In my case I have added: grated cheese, zucchini, red and green bell pepper, carrot, onion, tuna and habarti cheese. Season with oregano and a pinch of black pepper.

After preheating the oven to 180º, we put the pizza in the oven with the up and down function. After 5 minutes, we put it only on the bottom so that the dough does not remain raw. After another 5 minutes, we put up and down with fan. And remove when it is to our liking.
