Pork cheeks in red wine

Salt and pepper and sear the cheeks in a pot with oil, 2 garlic and bay leaf.

Add 1/2 jar of crushed tomato, 2 whole carrots and 1 onion, 1 glass of red wine, herbs or rosemary to taste and cover with water.

Once the vegetables are cooked, remove them (carrots and onion) and grind them with some broth to make a puree that we will add back to the stew to give it more consistency.

Let it cook a little more. When the meat starts to be soft, add the diced potatoes (you can put them in the oven beforehand or directly into the pot) and enjoy!!!!
