Cook the potatoes until they are very soft.

Poach the onion and the vegetables of your choice, in my case mushrooms and cheese.

Mash the potatoes with a fork and gradually add the egg and corn flour until the dough is consistent. Add salt, pepper, paprika and spices to taste.

Make a sort of flattened ball with the dough, fill with the desired ingredients and close with another bit of dough.

Fry with very little oil or fat over medium heat.
