Cut the broccoli into trees, peel and wash onion, garlic and leek, cut into julienne strips and drain together with the broccoli. Cook the millet with the texturized soybeans, while cooking, fry the garlic, onion and leek, chop the broccoli into couscous and add it to the sauce when it is golden brown. Drain the millet and soybeans and add to the frying pan with the curry, pepper and cinnamon, stir a few times, set aside and serve, garnish with half a tomato and half an avocado per plate.
