Potatoes with cheese sauce and a touch of spice

Wash the potatoes very well since we are going to cook and eat them with their skins on.

Dry the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise and each half into 4 lengthwise pieces.

Place the potato wedges in a bowl and add the EVOO, salt and all the spices.

Put the potato wedges on a tray with baking paper at 200 ºC for 15 minutes and turn them over, put the oil and spice sauce again and leave them for approximately 15 minutes more.

For the sauce 🧀: It is as simple as incorporating in a bowl with the cream cheese along with the feta cheese and give it a touch of microwave to melt everything (approx 10-15 seconds) at maximum power. You can also melt it in the frying pan with a few drops of EVOO. Finally, add a drizzle of EVOO mixed with hot paprika and some parsley leaves.
