First chop the onion into small squares and put them in a silicone container (Lekue) with two tablespoons of water and one tablespoon of olive oil. Cook for 4 minutes at 600W. From time to time we shake the pan.

Once the onion has been poached and the zucchini has been cut like spaghetti or into small cubes, add another spoonful of oil, because the zucchini tends to release water.

Add the spices and a little salt and wualá. Heat 50 gr of hake (I had some left over from the other day) and cut 10 gr of smoked cheese into cubes.
