Cut the onion into small pieces and the tuna into cubes and set aside in a bowl. In another bowl add the 3 tablespoons of soybean oil, the ginger, the tablespoon of sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Then add the onion and the tuna to the bowl and mix everything very well by hand. Let it rest.

While the tuna is resting, dice the avocados and add the half lime to prevent oxidation, a dash of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.

In a tartar mold, put the avocado as a base and then the tuna. Finally, add toasted sesame to taste and remove from the mold.
