Cut the leek and brown it in a frying pan with the butter. Once browned, separate it and add the sliced mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil in the same pan.

After cooking the mushrooms a little, add the leek, broth, salt and pepper. Leave for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

Finally add the cream and blend. You can also fry a few slices of mushroom and put them on top to decorate or to have pieces for your cream.
