Clean the chicken by removing the skin and fat (optional).

Wash the tomato or vegetables we want to add and cut the onion into slices. Wash and cut some potatoes in half and make some cuts (garnish potatoes are perfect).

Prepare a garlic and parsley sauce by chopping both ingredients in a mortar. Add oil and wine (we can add salt if we want).

We include all the ingredients in a container suitable for oven/air fryer, we add the sauce on top and we take it to the oven/air fryer. 180 degrees 40 min, we will observe the progress if we like more or less done.
