Battered chicken with yogurt and mustard sauce

Soak the chicken fillets in milk for about 40 minutes. This is not necessary but it adds juiciness. Dry and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven.

Crush the unsweetened cornflakes and place them on a plate (do not crush them too much, keep them in small pieces). Beat an egg in another plate. Coat the chicken with the egg and the cornflakes.

We put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180° with heat up and down. When 10 minutes have passed, we turn it over. Surely many flakes will fall, but that's okay, then add them to the dish and they will be very tasty.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. Mix a natural yogurt, a spoonful of Dijon mustard (we have used with grain), a spoonful of AOVE and oregano. If you want you can add a little honey, although it is not necessary.

Remove from the oven and serve with the sauce.
