In a bowl, add a pinch of salt and whip the egg whites until stiff (including the whites of the 2 eggs).

Mash half a banana, or a little more, with a fork (the other half for decoration) and add the egg yolks and cinnamon and stevia to taste. Beat well.

Add the previous mixture (yolks, banana, cinnamon and stevia) to the whipped egg whites, add half, beat, add the other half and beat.

Add the oat flour also in two stages (as before) and beat well.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 10-12 minutes (check with a knife, if it comes out clean it means it is ready, as each oven is different).

When ready, decorate with the remaining banana or with melted chocolate in the microwave as I did.
