Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the bell pepper a little, once it is soft, put it aside.

Put more oil in the frying pan and fry the rabbit with a little salt and pepper until it is golden brown, add the tomato and half chopped garlic to give it flavor.

Once everything is incorporated, add the thyme, rosemary, paprika and the necessary amount of water (if we see that water is missing, heat a glass in the microwave and add it to the paella pan) and let it boil for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add 2 handfuls of rice per person and the food coloring. Leave on medium-high heat for 20min (if necessary add water) and when finished let stand with a cloth over 3-4min :)
