In my case the spinach is leaf spinach but I had it frozen, so first I put it in the pan to thaw it.

When they are thawed, I add salt and pepper, onion powder and garlic to taste and a little oil to fry the spinach.

Once everything is sautéed, add milk to cover the spinach and a spoonful of cheese spread.

Stir continuously to dissolve the cheese and once the cheese is dissolved, continue stirring until the milk evaporates and the texture becomes thicker.
