It will be ready in less than half an hour and you will see that it is very simple.

Prepare the base: grind the walnuts, dates and melted coconut oil in a food processor. Place in a springform pan and set aside in the refrigerator.

Hydrate the gelatin: take the 4 sheets and soak them in cold water while preparing the cake.

For the Cheese: in a blender, mix the cheese with the banana, 125 ml of milk (reserve the rest).

Heat the rest of the milk and pour the gelatin sheets into the milk. Mix very well and incorporate it into the cake mixture. Whisk all the ingredients together.

To the mold: pour all the mixture and let it rest for 6 to 8 hours, although it is much better overnight for temperature, texture and flavor.
