First we put the cut zucchini to boil. While you cook it, cut the garlic and leek and fry them with a little olive oil.

When the sauce is ready, add the sliced mushrooms and oregano.

Once the mushroom is done, add the chicken and sauté. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package you bought and add it once cooked to our mixture.

Now we are going to elaborate the false pesto. Put the zucchini without the cooking water in a blender and blend it together with the almonds, a dash of Aove and the basil. You can add basil to your taste, depending on whether you like it more or less intense.

Finally we add the sauce to the previous preparation. And so we get a nutritious dish, with lots of vegetables, lots of basil flavor and few calories.
