We boil the potatoes until they are cooked. On the other hand, we grind the raw cod, removing the skin, together with the spices we want (garlic powder, onion, parsley...).

Mash the boiled potato and mix with the cod. Separate the egg white from the egg yolk, to whip it. First we add the yolk and finally the egg white with enveloping movements.

Make small balls and bake in the oven or Airfryer at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

I paired these fritters with a yummy homemade mayonnaise! 🤤
