Homemade muesli with a touch of cocoa

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

In a bowl put 2 and a half generous cups of oats, walnuts, pecans, grated coconut, cinnamon, cocoa and flax seeds. Sift a little by eye and add to taste.

Beat the dates with a splash of water to a paste and pour into the mixture. Stir until some parts are covered. It does not have to be all covered.

Mix in the peanut butter and stir.

Put some paper towels on a tray and pour the muesli. Spread it very well all over the tray and put it in the oven. After 10 minutes, stir it twice.

After 20 minutes, turn off the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
