Baked chicken with potatoes and onions

Preheat the oven to 165°C. Put a good splash of EVOO on the baking tray.

For 4 people peel 4 or 5 medium size potatoes cut into slices and place on the tray and take 2 large onions, peel and cut them as you like and put them on the tray with the potatoes, and season with salt and pepper.

We take 1 k of breast and we make some medium deep cuts on the top and we put them on top of the onion, we pour a splash of AOVE on top and we season the breast with salt and pepper.

Pour three glasses (250 ml) of white wine on top and bake for approximately 35 minutes at 165°C.
