Prepare all the ingredients and put the flours, spices and raising agent in a bowl.

Wash and cut into pieces the nectarines. I used them with the skin on, very ripe and sweet. We beat them with the lemon juice.

In another bowl, beat the goose egg and the chicken egg with the orange zest.

Add the Greek coconut yogurt and coconut oil and mix.

Grease the donut and star molds and fill with the dough.

Bake at 180° 25 minutes and let them cool. When the donuts came out thin, I made them double: I spread the halves with melted chocolate 🍫 as a glue before coating them 😏😏

Melt the chocolate in the microwave with a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil. Check every now and then that it does not burn

Dip the donuts in the chocolate and add toppings to taste. I put: almond cubes, chopped pistachios, grated coconut, dehydrated mango ... 🔹The stars I dipped them in coconut Greek yogurt and topped one with chocolate, pistachios and dehydrated blueberries. 🔹To the other one I put coconut greek yogurt mixed with blue spirulina 💙 and more toppings.
