Chickpeas with mushrooms

Dice the mushrooms (the size you like) and chop some garlic.

Fry the garlic in a frying pan with a little oil. When it has begun to brown add the chopped mushrooms.

Add salt and spicy paprika to taste, and let it cook. Once done, set aside

We put the chickpeas to toast in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil.

Add spices to taste. I have added a little bit of everything: oregano, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic and onion powder, cumin and salt obviously.

Then add 1 tablespoon of fried tomato and stir. Let it cook a little, and add the mushrooms that we had reserved.
